
Kathy Thomason is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult-Gerontology, with more than 20 years of diverse medical experience. Her career in healthcare began with a deep-rooted desire to serve others, initially fulfilling this calling as a U.S. Army medic.
In 2012, Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University, where she began her journey in critical care nursing, serving patients across multiple specialties. Her dedication to providing comprehensive and compassionate care ultimately led her to pursue advanced practice nursing. In 2022, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, achieving certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
Kathy has served in both Vascular Surgery and Internal Medicine provider groups, where she has been recognized for her patient-centered approach and strong advocacy for individuals across all stages of life. She is especially committed to ensuring that each patient feels heard, understood, and supported through every step of their healthcare journey.
